We currently have vacancies for the following personnel:
OFFICE JUNIORS
Due to recent growth within the company an opportunity has arisen for Two Office Juniors to join our administration team.
The candidates will be supporting our divisional management staff ensuring all administration functions within their allocated division are undertaken effectively.
Candidates must be experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook Applications.
ELECTRICIAN
These roles are for individuals who are experienced in electrical installation along with experience in problem solving. Candidates must be capable of working on his/her own and be able to manage and prioritise his/her workload in order to meet deadlines. Driver Licence Essential.
General Maintenance Operatives
These roles are for individuals who would ideally have one core trade but have in previous employment gained experience in multiple trades and capable of carrying out such works to a high standard. Duties will include minor building, roofing, gardening, joinery and handman style duties.
Gardeners/Grounds Maintenance Operatives.
These roles are for individuals who have previous experience in gardening/grounds maintenance. Duties will include grass cutting, strimming, weeding and litter picking. Preference will be given to candidates who have PA1 & PA6 qualifications and those who have experience towing trailers and hold the additional licence category for this. Consideration will be given to outstanding candidates who can demonstrate the ability and commitment to undergo the training required to achieve these qualifications.
Driving Licence is essential for all roles.
